While waiting for the completion of the building the company is to lease 700 sqm from serviced office provider Quickwork in building C of the complex. CBRE represented the tenant during the negotiations. Global Office Park is a mixed-use complex with two office towers and a residential component. The two office buildings with a height of 104m will comprise a total of 55,200 sqm. The third tower comprises rental apartments managed by Resi Capital. Work on the project is to be concluded in 2022.
