Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne (ECI) is an international holding company financing all types of investments in Poland and abroad, mainly in France. ECI exists on Polish market since 1991. We run the investments ourselves; we coordinate all of the design and construction works and secure clients with our consult at all stages of the investment process. Our investment operations are based on a system of integrated services where the investor takes over the function of the developer and the property manager. We do not patronize the institution of a general contractor either; the project coordination and further- the effective management of the property competed remains at large the company domain.
