Adgar PDT Wola is a 3-story, intimate building with an area of 8,512 sq m, located at 8/12 Młynarska St. The PDT Wola building is well known to Warsaw residents. The building was designed by renowned architect Michal Przerwa Tetmajer, who since 1949 had been involved in the comprehensive reconstruction of the ruined post-war Wola district. From 1956, the building served Warsaw residents as the Powszechny Dom Towarowy Wola. It served commercial functions until 2005. Two years later, the building was given an office and service character. The facade was also restored, while retaining the style and characteristic reliefs of the attic's extreme panels. The building was purchased by Adgar Poland in April 2021, and the first floor of the building includes commercial premises, including stores, a bank and a restaurant. There are 51 above-ground parking spaces available to tenants. Among other things, the building will implement Brain Embassy's proprietary concept (a combination of coworking open space, office and event spaces, and conference facilities).
