Moje Miejsce II office building in Warsaw sold for almost € 45 million

Moje Miejsce II, which is the second office building of Echo Investment’s multifunctional project in Warsaw, was acquired by Trigea Real Estate Fund. The project is fully leased to tenants such as Tchibo or NetWorks and has been awarded BREEAM environmental certificate with an 'Excellent' rating. The transaction amounted to nearly €45 million.

Westrock, an American manufacturer of packaging for the cosmetics industry, has become a new tenant of the Quattro Business Park office complex in Krakow. The company has leased over 800 sq m. on the first floor of building D. The opening of the Westrock office is planned for October.

Varso Tower ready

HB Reavis has completed the construction of a skyscraper in the center of Warsaw. The skyscraper, designed by Foster + Partners, offers 70,000 sq m. sqm of space and is the tallest building in the European Union in terms of architectural height. The first tenants will soon move into the office building.
