Webcon bets on modern business and chooses Dot Park!

Webcon, a leading provider of electronic document workflow systems and low-code technology in Poland, has decided to lease 1,600 sqm of office space in the prestigious Dot Park complex in Kraków. The company's new headquarters will be located on the second floor of Building D, and Webcon will move in this October.

MEDiF, a provider of specialized solutions for dentistry, aesthetic medicine and veterinary medicine, will lease nearly 900 sqm of office space in Warsaw's Life Building office building.

In addition to the office, the building will also house a training center, where doctors will be able to test new products and learn how to use modern equipment.

Changes in the Warsaw office market: The new face of office space

In the first quarter of 2024, the Warsaw office real estate market experienced a significant transformation. According to BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland's report "At a Glance. Office Market in Warsaw", the availability of new office space has decreased significantly compared to previous years. Increases in service charges have also slowed down, while lease extensions and modernization of old office buildings have become popular trends.

Mercer remains in Myhive Nimbus office building in Warsaw, Poland

Mercer, a company providing brokerage, consulting and claims support services, has decided to extend its lease in the Nimbus building, part of the myhive complex in Warsaw. The company, which is part of the global Marsh McLennan Group, will continue to occupy 7,300 sqm in the prestigious facility. Mercer was represented in the renegotiation of the contract by the Reina Company team.

New offices in Cube Flex

In the Cube Office Park complex in Gdansk, modern serviced offices called Cube Flex have been inaugurated in an area of 800 square meters. Already 50% of these spaces have found tenants.
