Skysawa topped

The Skysawa complex at the Rondo ONZ roundabout in Warsaw has been topped off with 40 storeys and a height of 155m.

Axi Immo has extended its lease in the Spektrum Tower building in Warsaw. At the same time, the company decided to increase the occupied space in the Muchowiec Active Park office building in Katowice. Both locations have been adapted to the latest safety standards and new work models.

The Lakeside office development in Warsaw’s Służewiec district has been awarded Well ‘Gold’ pre-certification for its design stage.

The Well certificate primarily takes into account factors that impact human health and well-being. Earlier this year, Lakeside obtained BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ environmental pre-certification. Lakeside, which will comprise 24,000 sqm, will replace University Business Centre I – one of the two UBC buildings acquired by Atenor in May 2018. Demolition work began on UBC 1 in April.

Generali buys Le Palais in Warsaw

Generali Real Estate has acquired the Le Palais office building in Warsaw city centre for its GEIH fund from Patrizia for an undisclosed sum.

Nowy Rynek’s Building D in Poznan is ready!

Another building of the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznan, developed by Skanska, has received its occupancy permit. Phase D provides approx. 39,000 sqm of modern office space and will be the first investment in the region to apply for the WELL Core&Shell certificate. It is also the only place in Poznan with a pavement made of green concrete that cleans the air.
