Echo Investment lays cornerstone at Fuzja – a new destination project for Łódź

A symbolic cornerstone for the construction of Fuzja - a unique piece of Łódź that will combine modern urban functions and historical past of Księży Młyn, was laid by Hanna Zdanowska – the Mayor of Łódź and Nicklas Lindberg – CEO at Echo Investment - an investor and developer of the project. The ceremony was also attended by Przemysław Łukasik and Łukasz Zagała - architects of Medusa Group, who developed the urban and architectural concept of the entire project.

Echo Investment starts Fuzja construction on the site of the former Scheibler factory

The ground has been broken on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory at ul. Tymienieckiego in Łódź thus marking a start of the construction of Fuzja - a city-creating project by Echo Investment. Excavators began work on the first two apartment buildings. It is here, in the place of historical heritage, that a new fragment of the city will be created, combining apartments, offices and services, as well as modern gastronomic, commercial and service concepts, and a space for culture. The investment will also include public squares and green areas available to everyone.

First lease signed in Nobilis Business House

The Synexus medical centre is to open a clinic in Nobilis Business House - a modern Class A office building which is being developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław.
