Work together in Łódź

The Łódź office market has been enriched with a new project. Ogrodowa8 Cowork was created by Memos, a company of the Warimpex group. In the first stage of the project, future tenants will be offered workplaces in furnished two-, three- and five-person offices.

The hybrid model is gaining more and more popularity - according to the second edition of the survey of office buildings tenants conducted by Cushman & Wakefield. Experts emphasize that the basis is skilful change management, analysis of real needs and communication with employees.

In Łódź, a new building was officially opened in the Opera Park complex at ul. Jaracz. The office building offers 4.2 thousand. sq m of space for rent. The second part of the complex is the modernized historic Kastenberg villa.

DL Piano full, another office building under construction

The GlivClinic medical center and Ringier Axel Springer Polska are the next tenants who will soon move into the DL Piano office building in Katowice. The office complex has 17 thousand. sq m of usable space and is currently fully leased.a

7R chooses Metropolitan

7R has changed the location of its Warsaw office by moving into the Metropolitan office building. It occupies over 1.3 thousand. sq m surface. The company, active in the real estate industry for 13 years and employing over 170 experts, specializes in providing warehouse and production facilities. It also has branches in Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Sosnowiec, Szczecin and Prague, Czech Republic.
