Echo Investment with a record-breaking half-year! Echo continues to grow its office portfolio in Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław, reaching nearly 90,000 sq m of modern space.

Return to offices. Regional markets record strong demand

Companies in Poland are once again expanding their office footprints, with demand for modern workspace growing at an impressive pace. “Regional cities are outpacing Warsaw in terms of tenant activity and the number of projects under development,” says Mateusz Strzelecki, Partner / Head of Tenant Representation at Walter Herz. According to the firm’s analysis, nearly 400,000 sqm of office space was leased in regional markets in H1 2025 – a year-on-year increase of more than 50%.

Hexe Capital with new office at Quorum D by Cavatina Holding

Hexe Capital has opened its office in the Quorum D building, developed by Cavatina Holding. The new space of over 720 sqm will serve as a hub for venture-building projects, including artificial intelligence, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and content automation.

The new Fitness Academy club will soon complement the building’s amenities, which include BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Gold certifications. During the negotiations, the company was represented by Colliers, while the building’s owner was supported by JLL Polska, the exclusive leasing agent for the property. A refreshed reception area and a revitalised patio with green relaxation zones will further enhance tenant comfort.
