Andersia Tower, owned by DEKA Immobilien, has strengthened its position on the Poznań office market, achieving near full occupancy after securing more than 3,500 sqm of lease agreements in 2025. The outcome is the result of a balanced mix of new leases and strategic decisions by current tenants to extend or expand their presence in the building. Savills Polska supported the owner throughout the commercialization process.
The largest transaction involved a foundation operating the country’s leading charitable fundraising platform, which renegotiated over 1,500 sqm and expanded its space by an additional 270 sqm. Other notable renewals include a logistics property developer and manager backed by a British investment fund (630 sqm), a medical technology company (578 sqm), and an advisory firm specializing in tax and transactions (511 sqm). Additionally, a well-known law firm expanded its office to just over 200 sqm.
The 20-storey Andersia Tower offers approximately 9,800 sqm of modern office space. Its unique advantage lies in combining office functions with hotel infrastructure, including restaurants, a fitness area, and a swimming pool. The complex also includes Hotel Andersia, operated by VHM Hotel Management, featuring 172 rooms as well as recreational amenities such as a gym, pool, and SPA wellness area.
“Securing over 3,500 sqm of leases last year clearly demonstrates the building’s strong and stable market position. Companies from various sectors continue to choose this location as a base for their long-term growth. Currently, only two final modules remain available, which highlights the high demand for this address,” says Mateusz Jakubowicz, Regional Manager at Savills Polska.
