Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), one of the world's leading financial institutions, has signed a lease for the entire office building C within the Wita project in Kraków. The transaction covers around 13,300 sqm of modern office space and ranks among the most significant office leases announced in the city this year.
The decision highlights a growing trend among international occupiers, who increasingly evaluate office locations based not only on workspace quality, but also on access to amenities, transport infrastructure, and the overall employee experience.
Wita combines office, retail, service, and public spaces in a single mixed-use environment, reflecting the evolving expectations of modern businesses and their employees. The project is designed to support collaboration, workplace flexibility, and sustainable development.
The transaction further confirms Kraków’s position as one of the leading office destinations in Central and Eastern Europe, continuing to attract global companies seeking high-quality office environments and access to a highly skilled workforce.
