Echo Investment has sold the Brain Park B office building in Kraków to Polish Sando Office for approximately €40.3 million. The transaction confirms that modern, fully leased premium office buildings continue to attract investors despite changing market conditions.
Brain Park B is the final phase of the Brain Park complex, one of the key business hubs in central Kraków. The building offers nearly 16,250 sqm of Class A office space and holds a BREEAM Excellent certification.
The property was designed in line with sustainable development standards and features energy-efficient solutions, including partial power supply from renewable energy sources.
“The divestment of Brain Park B demonstrates that our modern and fully leased office projects continue to attract capital,” said Judyta Sawicka from Echo Investment.
For Sando Office, this marks another strategic investment in the Polish office market. Previously, the company also acquired the City 2 office building in Wrocław.
Market experts emphasize that the transaction is another strong signal confirming the attractiveness of top office assets in Poland’s largest cities.
