A new six-storey Class A office building offering approximately 6,500 sqm of space will be developed at Krakowska Rogatka, on the site of the current parking area in front of the Nida office building. The project, led by the Kielce Technology Park, is expected to become a new hub for innovation and business development in the region.
The building will feature modern office space, conference facilities, shared areas, retail and food services. The development will also include a two-level underground car park with up to 250 parking spaces, as well as dedicated facilities for cyclists.
The project is targeting both BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold certifications, highlighting its focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and employee wellbeing. Around 20% of the space will be reserved for startups and young technology companies, which will benefit from preferential lease terms.
The design phase is expected to be completed by mid-2027, with construction scheduled for completion in 2029.
