Frontex has decided to continue its occupancy in the Warsaw Spire complex, renewing its lease agreement for approximately 21,500 sqm of office space in building B. The agency has been based in the property for several years, reinforcing its position as the anchor tenant within the development located at Rondo Daszyńskiego, one of Warsaw’s main business hubs.
The Warsaw Spire complex, consisting of buildings B and C, is currently fully occupied, reflecting sustained demand for premium office locations in central Warsaw. CA Immo highlights that the renewed agreement underlines the building’s ability to meet the strict requirements of European institutions, particularly in terms of operational standards, security, and working environment quality.
Warsaw Spire B provides around 21,600 sqm of leasable office space and includes 263 underground parking places. The property benefits from excellent transport accessibility, including direct metro connections, as well as proximity to Plac Europejski with its wide range of retail and restaurant offerings.
CA Immo’s Polish portfolio comprises six office buildings in Warsaw, offering a total of approximately 136,000 sqm of gross leasable area. At the end of 2025, the portfolio was valued at around €475 million, with a high occupancy rate of 98%.
