New Railway Station and Office Buildings – A New Quality of Space in Warsaw

The investment includes the construction of the new Gdańsk Railway Station and four new office buildings with a total area of around 100,000 m². The complex will consist of three levels of the station and 10 office floors. The modern railway station, mainly serving a transport function, will include an underground section, a ground floor, and a mezzanine. The office section, located above the station, will offer office spaces across 10 floors.

Although the investment is administratively located in the City Centre, its impact will be felt in the neighboring Żoliborz area as well. This project, which includes spaces for office activities, is expected to influence the development of the surrounding areas.

Temporary Station During Construction – Comfort for Passengers

During the construction period from 2027 to 2029, passengers will use a temporary station. It will be located on the northern side of the current building, near the former car wash. This temporary space will ensure that passengers can safely navigate the area throughout the construction process.

History and Modernity in One Place

A key feature of the project will be a permanent exhibition dedicated to the events of March '68, which will highlight the historical context of the location. The combination of modern architecture and a focus on historical memory will make the new Gdańsk Railway Station not just a transport hub but also a place that connects the past with the present.

The Future of Gdańsk Railway Station – Realization of a Developer Project

The investment is being realized as a developer project, meaning PKP S.A. is contributing the land, while XCity Investments, in partnership with Ghelamco, is responsible for the development. The entire project is divided into five phases, four of which will have a commercial character. The first visible effects of construction should be seen in 2027.

Gdańsk Railway Station – Modern Solutions in the Heart of the Capital

The Gdańsk Railway Station project aligns with the development of the transport-commercial functions in Warsaw. The goal is to create a multifunctional urban space where the railway and modern office environments coexist. The realization of this venture is another step toward optimally utilizing PKP's land and enhancing the quality of urban spaces in Warsaw.

Gdańsk Railway Station Investment – Bringing Modernity to Traditional Railway Space

By 2027, the Gdańsk Railway Station investment will become one of the most important landmarks in the city's landscape. As the modernization progresses, both passengers and office workers will benefit from a new, better-connected space for daily use. Upon completion, the railway and office complex will be one of the key points on Warsaw's map.
