Located next to Rondo Daszyńskiego, Skyliner II has officially topped out, marking a major milestone in the development process. The tower is already becoming a prominent feature of Warsaw’s skyline and further strengthens the district’s position as Poland’s leading business hub.

The building will deliver approximately 24,000 sqm of leasable space, including nearly 23,000 sqm of modern office accommodation. Demand remains strong, with around 50% of the available space already leased to major occupiers.

Construction has progressed at an impressive pace, with 20 typical floors completed in less than 22 weeks. The project has now moved into the final phase, including façade installation, technical systems, and interior fit-out works.

Skyliner II is being developed in line with the highest sustainability standards. The building will operate on 100% renewable energy and feature green terraces, extensive cycling facilities, and modern solutions designed to enhance the workplace experience.

Construction is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026, while the first tenants are expected to move in during the first quarter of 2027. Thanks to its location and premium specifications, Skyliner II is set to become one of Warsaw’s most prestigious office addresses.
