Echo Investment has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past three decades, evolving from a local newspaper publisher in Kielce into a leading force in Poland’s real estate sector. Today, it is recognised as one of the few developers with extensive experience across office, retail and residential markets.
The company has delivered more than 250 projects in over 30 cities. Its flagship developments include Browary Warszawskie, the Q22 office tower and the Towarowa 22 mixed-use project currently under development in Warsaw. In Łódź, Echo revitalised the historic Scheibler factory complex through the Fuzja project. Across cities such as Wrocław and Kraków, the company has developed dozens of office buildings, shopping centres and hotels, as well as around 22,000 residential units.
Echo Investment now operates as the core development brand within the Echo Group, established in 2025. The Group includes specialised entities such as Archicom, Resi4Rent, StudentSpace and CitySpace, expanding its presence across residential, rental and flexible workspace sectors.
As it enters its fourth decade, the company is focusing on diversification, sustainable growth and large-scale urban developments. Its strategy is centred on delivering fully commercialised assets and strengthening partnerships with investors.
Echo Investment also positions itself as a long-term partner for cities and communities, emphasising cooperation with local authorities, respect for urban fabric and the integration of ESG standards.
Its “destinations” concept — centrally located mixed-use projects with strong public space elements — has become a defining feature of its development approach and a benchmark in the market.
