Mercer remains in Myhive Nimbus office building in Warsaw, Poland

Mercer, a company providing brokerage, consulting and claims support services, has decided to extend its lease in the Nimbus building, part of the myhive complex in Warsaw. The company, which is part of the global Marsh McLennan Group, will continue to occupy 7,300 sqm in the prestigious facility. Mercer was represented in the renegotiation of the contract by the Reina Company team.

ZST company expands headquarters in Batory I office building

ZST (Integrated Technical Systems) has decided to expand its headquarters in the Batory I building, leasing additional office space. As a result of this expansion, the entire Batory I office building in Warsaw has been fully leased.
